Locations covered generally include the Homewood, Peabody, Downtown Baltimore, Washington DC, Montgomery County, Nanjing, Bologna and Florence campuses. Our services include providing leadership to the entire team for architectural programming, feasibility studies, budget determination, planning studies, existing condition surveys, building design, bidding, construction, occupancy and post-occupancy follow-up. While some efforts are conducted utilizing Design & Construction staff, most involve the hiring of outside professional consultants. We typically assign a project manager to projects at the very beginning to work with the end-users throughout the process of selecting consultants, executing the work and ensuring that the results meet expectations. Our goal is to make the design and construction process painless for our clients by utilizing our expertise and knowledge to forward the mission of Johns Hopkins University while they concentrate on their roles in doing the same. We will communicate honestly and openly and will undertake our job with integrity.
