Request Maintenance & Repair Services

If you are reporting an emergency situation, please do NOT submit information via this form. Contact the Service Center immediately at (410) 516-8063, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00pm. After hours, contact Security at (410) 516-4600. Emergencies are defined as situations posing a life safety/health hazard or causing major property damage, including fires, floods, backups, etc.

 

This form is for the Homewood Campus and JHU buildings in the Charles Village area. Requests for maintenance in East Baltimore and other Johns Hopkins affiliated campuses should be directed to your local Facilities office.

Homewood Faculty and Staff: Please provide the following information to submit your request.

Students: Report any maintenance issues to the nearest faculty or staff member in your building. They will submit this form and coordinate repairs.

To request a utility outage, please use the Outage Request Form.


Please include building and either floor or room number; for exterior requests, note the nearest building.
If your office is in a different location than the service you're requesting, please provide both locations.

Cost information is required for Special Requests/Billable Services.
Your request will be held at the Service Center until we receive both your CC/IO/WBS and Fund.
Please see the Finance or Accounting contact for your department if you do not have this information.
